This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the learned

Single Judge in W.P.No. 5971 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.G.Tarun, learned

counsel representing Mr.S.Sridhar, learned counsel on record for the appellant seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal. He has also made an

endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for

the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
