                                  Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
                     Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing
                     the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's
                     complaint dated 20.12.2021 in the light of the civil Court
                     Judgment in A.S.No.47 of 2017 delivered by the Sub Court,
                     Theni on 28.10.2021 as expeditiously as possible within the
                     time stipulated by this Court.

                                                       ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)

appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second

respondent has not taken any action on his complaint. The

petitioner's remedy is available in Cr.P.C., and he can very

well move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Invoking Writ

jurisdiction is not appropriate.

3. Therefore, leaving open the remedies of the

petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
