                                                                  ORDER

This M.Cr.C. has been preferred against the judgment dated 05.04.2025

passed by the VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bhopal in Criminal Appeal No.410/2024 and also challenge the impugned Order dated 09.07.2024 passed by JMFC, Bhopal in Criminal Case RCT No.10154/2021.

During the pendency of the case, both the Parties have entered into compromise. The factum of compromise is duly verified by Registrar (Judicial - II).

Considering the compromise between the parties, in terms of compromise, the judgment passed by the Courts below is set aside.

Accordingly, the present M.Cr.C. is disposed off.
