As per Office Note dated 22.02.2018, appellant- Shakeel remained absent on the date given by the Registry for his appearance in compliance with order dated 09-11-2006 passed on IA No.17152 of 2006. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended and the appellant was released on bail on

furnishing a personal bond of Rupees Forty Thousand with one solvent surety subject to condition that he shall appear before the Registry on given date. The appellant has violated conditions of bail, therefore, his bail bonds stand forfeited.

Learned Trial Court is directed to proceed against the appellant and his surety under Section 446 of Cr.P.C. Warrant of arrest be issued against appellant- Shakeel. On his arrest, appellant- Shakeel shall be remitted to the custody to undergo sentence of imprisonment vide judgment dated 29th of September, 2006 passed by Special Judge, Datia (M.P.) in Special Case No.17

of 2003.
