Baijnath was aged about 70 years at the time of filing of this suit.

This appeal is still not admitted. In trial Court judgment in Civil Suit No. 140-A/88 Ramadhar and ors. v. Kedarnath and anr. age of Kedarnath was mentioned as 65 years and in appeal filed in the year 2001, he was shown aged about 75 years, therefore, let this matter be listed tomorrow i.e. 12.09.2023.
