It is submitted by the counsel for the respondents that the aforesaid judgment, according to which it has been held that the authorities have no suo motu power of revision, is already a subject matter of W.A.No.824/2021, which is still pending.

Accordingly, the hearing of the case is adjourned sine die. The parties are granted permission to make a mention after final disposal of W.A.No.824/2021.
