                                 This appeal coming on for orders this day, Hon'ble Shri Justice Ravi
                           Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:
                                                              ORDER

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 08.05.2019 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior in Case No.189-A of 2014 (HMA), whereby the petition filed by the appellant/husband for divorce has been dismissed.

respective counsels. It is stated in the mediation report that both the parties have settled their dispute on the terms and conditions as mentioned therein.

Learned counsels submit that this appeal can be disposed off in terms of the mediation report.

In view of the submission made, the appeal is disposed off in terms of the mediation report dated 12.10.2022. The judgment and decree dated 08.05.2019 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gwalior in Case No.189-A of 2014 (HMA) is accordingly modified.

A decree be drawn up accordingly.
