      Heard on the question of admission.

      After considering the submissions made by the counsel for

the applicant and perusing the record, this Court is of the view that

it is a fit case for grant of leave to appeal.

      Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant is

granted leave to file an appeal against the judgment dated

19.02.2020

passed by JMFC, Gwalior in Case No.2883/2019.

The office is directed to register this case separately as a

criminal appeal.
