An identical petition challenging the same order has been considered elaborately by this court in order dated 9.2.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.2798/2022 (Smt. Krishna Prajapati v. State of Madhya Pradesh).

Under the circumstances, in the light of the above said judgment, the present petition also stands dismissed.
