     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
stipulated by this Hon'ble Court for complying with the direction issued
by this Hon'ble Court vide judgment dated 13.12.2023, for a further period
of 4 months from 08.04.2024, after condoning the delay in filing this
enlargement application, in the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment
dated 13.12.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.R.RANJANIE,
Advocate for the petitioners in IA/respondents 1,2 and 4 in WP(C) and

This application is filed seeking enlargement of time to comply with the
