Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court against the

judgment dated 23.09.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 482 of 2023; as

such, this case may be posted after disposal of the S.L.P. filed by

the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, list this case after disposal of S.L.P Diary

No. 28798 of 2024 and S.L.P Diary No. 57414 of 2024.
