                                    ORDER

A perusal of the record reveals that the leave has been granted to file the

appeal against the impugned judgment dated 31.10.2014 passed by the learned

Special Railway Magistrate, Jammu in terms of order dated 20.04.2023 and vide

the same order, the main appeal has also been admitted to hearing.

The Registry is directed to not to list the application for leave to file

appeal bearing SLA No. 1/2015.

CRA No. 1/2015

Issue bailable warrants in the amount of Rs. 25,000/- for securing the

presence of respondent No. 2. The warrants be sent on the fresh address of the

respondent No. 2 and the same be sent to the Director General of Police, Haryana

for execution.
