                                   ORDER

10.05.2023 Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG appearing for the appellant submits

that he may be permitted to make table amendment in the prayer part vis-à-vis

date of impugned judgment, number of writ petition as well as title. The correct

and exact date of judgment as well as nomenclature is mentioned in the body of

the appeal. He prays that Registry may be directed to carry out the necessary

table amendment.

Submission allowed.

Registry shall show the date of impugned judgment as 25.11.2019,

nomenclature of petition as SWP No.1438/2011 titled Susheela Raina V. UT of

J&K and others in the prayer part of the appeal.
