                                                  ORDER

In challenging the judgment and order dated 19.12.2017 passed by

the Armed Forces Tribunal, Jammu, the submission of the learned counsel for

the petitioner is that petitioner is entitled to arrears of disability pension from

the date of discharge from service i.e. 04.06.2008 and not from 25.06.2014.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Sh. Vishal Sharma, ASGI has accepted notice on behalf of the

respondents who may seek instructions and file counter affidavit within one

month. Two weeks' thereafter for filing the rejoinder affidavit.

List for admission/final disposal on 5th July 2021.
