This is an application seeking release of balance amount in favour of applicant-Insurance Company.

It is submitted in the application that while disposing of the appeal, this Court in terms of judgment dated 16.03.2021, reduced the award amount of compensation to Rs. 8,20,000/- from Rs. 9,10,000/-

For the reasons detailed in the application, same is allowed and Registry is directed to release balance amount in favour of applicant-Insurance Company, after completing all codal formalities, directly into his bank account. CM disposed of.
