Sukh Dev & Others vs. State of HP & Another Execution Petition No.111 of 2023

Mr. Ramakant Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for the

respondents/State.

Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record

instructions dated 07.10.2023 alongwith copy of communication

dated 03.10.2023 sent by Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal

Shakti Bhawan, Tutikand Shimla-5 to the Principal Secretary (JSV)

to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, recommending the case of

the petitioner for counting his contract service for the purpose of

seniority and consequential benefits in terms of judgment passed in

CWP No.2004 of 2017 and CWP No.629 of 2018.

With the aforesaid information, learned Additional Advocate

General seeks two weeks' time to ensure complete compliance. His

prayer is accepted. Needful be done well before the next date.
