1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Ammar Saiyyed for

learned advocate Mr. Saquib S. Ansari appearing for the

applicant.

2. This application is filed with a prayer to recall the

order dated 23.12.2025 whereby the Miscellaneous Civil

Application No. 1918 of 2024 is dismissed for non-

prosecution on account of the absent of the learned

advocate of the applicant.

3. It was submitted by learned advocate Mr. Ammar

Saiyyed for learned advocate Mr. Saquib Ansari

appearing for the applicant that the applicant could not

remain present due to some personal difficulty and the

other advocate could not mention the matter and

therefore, the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Considering the above submissions, the application

is allowed. The order dated 23.12.2025 passed in

Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1918 of 2025 is

thereby recalled and the matter is ordered to restore to

file on a condition of deposit of Rs. 500/- with the Gujarat

High Court Advocates' Library.
