Appeal No. 24464 of 2023 vide order dated 11.03.2024 by

way of common order, and due to passing of common order,

the advocate and/or clerk of the advocate concerned could not

notice of the dismissal of the appeal, as well as considering

the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of

Collector Land Acquisition, Anantnag vs Mst. Katiji & Ors.

reported in AIR 1987 SC 1353, the delay is required to be

condoned, and is hereby condoned on condition to deposit
