When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 24.4.2023 passed

in C.C. No.6390 of 2021 by the learned Addl. Civil Judge &

J.M.F.C., Morbi, which is taken on record. In view of this,

learned advocate for the applicant, on receiving instructions

from his client, submits that matter has become infructuous

as proceedings of criminal case is over and therefore, he does

not press this application.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any,

granted earlier stands vacated.
