At the outset, learned advocate Mr.Sudhanshu Jha has submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 07.12.2022 passed in Special Civil Application No.19086 of 2021 and allied matters and the present writ petition may be disposed of in view of the aforesaid judgment passed by this Court.

In view of the statement made before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly in terms of the judgment dated 07.12.2022 passed in Special Civil Application No.19086 of 2021 and allied matters.
