When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 9.9.2023 passed in

C.C. No.141 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First

Class, Porbandar, which is taken on record.

In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant, on

receiving instructions from his client, submits that matter has

become infructuous as proceedings of criminal case is over

and therefore, he does not press this application.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any,

granted earlier stands vacated.
