1. By way of the present application, the applicants have prayed to grant leave to appeal against the judgment and decree dated 4.1.2019 passed by learned 3rd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar in Special Civil Suit No.122 of 2010.

2. We have heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the contents of the present application. We are of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, the same is allowed.
