Order in Criminal Misc. Application:-

By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-State has prayed for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 31.1.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot in Sessions Case No.52/2015.

In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
