1. Heard Mr. A. M. Bora, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. S. Hussain, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This appeal under Section 415 of BNSS has been filed by the appellant, namely, Sri Prasanta Das impugning the judgment and order dated 27.08.2025 passed by the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 4, (FTC), Nagaon in Sessions Case No. (T-2) 233(N)/2023 whereby the appellant was convicted under Page No.# 2/2

Section 354 of IPC and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/- and in default of payment of fine to under further simple imprisonment for one month. The petitioner was also convicted under Sections 354A(1)(i) of IPC and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo simple imprisonment for one month. He was also convicted under Section 354B of IPC and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo further simple imprisonment for two months.

3. This appeal is admitted for hearing.

4. Let the records of Trial Court be called for.

5. The Registry to take steps for requisitioning the Trial Court records.

6. List this matter after four weeks.
