This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of delay of 69 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 11.06.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Review Pet. No.65/2025 arising out of the judgment and order dated 04.04.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.5042/2018.

We have heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned senior counsel for the applicant/appellant and Mr. N.J. Khataniar, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department for the respondents.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants/appellants for condoning the delay of 69 days in preferring the connected appeal.

We, therefore, condone the delay.

The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off.
