Heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the appellants.

2. This appeal, under Section 173(1) of the M.V. Act, 1988, is directed against the judgment and award dated 22.04.2025, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chirang, Kajalgaon, in MAC Case No. 22/2024.

3. It is to be noted here that vide impugned judgment and award dated 22.04.2025, the learned Tribunal had directed the respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs. 1,10,000/-, being the compensation to the appellants herein with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of the application till receipt of the award.

4. Perused the memo of appeal and the grounds mentioned therein, and also perused the impugned judgment and award dated 22.04.2025.

5. Admit.

6. Let notice be issued to the respondent, returnable in four weeks.

7. Steps be taken upon the respondent by way of registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within a week from today.

8. Registry shall call for the record from the learned Tribunal.

9. List the matter after four weeks.
