This appeal under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C., 1973 read with Section 36B of the NDPS Act, 1985 has been preferred against the impugned judgment and conviction dated 28.11.2019 and 04.12.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, Nalbari in NDPS Case No. 05/2012.

Issue notice to the respondent No. 2.

The appellant shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D as well as usual process, returnable within 4 weeks.

Steps be taken within 7 days.

No formal notice is required to be served upon the respondent No. 1 as Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. PP has entered appearance and accepted notice on behalf o the State respondent No. 1.
