                         ORDER

1. Ms.Sanghi, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that her client

has approached the Company Judge attached to the High Court of

Chennai by filing an application for leave to pursue the present suit

against the defendants but due to certain objections raised by the

Registry, the said application has not been listed before the Company

Judge. She states that expeditious steps shall be taken to get the

application listed for appropriate orders to be passed by the Company

Judge.

2. In view of the fact that the defendant No.1/company was

directed to be wound up vide order dated 26.04.2012 passed by the

Company Judge attached to the High Court of Chennai and it is now

three and a half years since the passing of the said order, it is deemed

appropriate to dispose of the present suit with liberty granted to the

plaintiff to seek revival thereof as and when leave is granted to the

plaintiff by the Company Judge to pursue the suit against the

defendants.

3. The suit is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
