                     Heard.

                     Case of the review petitioners is, Balakram (respondent No.2 /

defendant No.2 in second appeal) died on 9-5-2016, whereas judgment in second appeal was delivered on 23-3-2021 without the LRs of Balakram being brought on record, though Balakram was duly represented before the Court at the time when the judgment was delivered on 23-3-2021.

Mr. Sudeep Verma, Advocate, is appointed as amicus to assist the Court. One set of review petition be supplied to him by counsel for the petitioners.
