Heard Ms. Maya Chaturvijani, learned counsel for the appellants.

Also heard Mr. Gagan Tiwari, learned Deputy Government Advocate,

appearing for respondents No. 1, 3 & 4 and Mr. Ramakant Mishra,

learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent No. 2.

2. This writ appeal is filed against an order dated 28.04.2022 passed

by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (C) Nos. 153 of 2022, 173 of

2022, 172 of 2022, 133 of 2022, 136 of 2022, 157 of 2022, 120 of 2022,

169 of 2022, 156 of 2022, 137 of 2022, 159 of 2022, 118 of 2022, 194 of

2022, 166 of 2022 & 109 of 2022.

3. At the outset, Mr. Tiwari submits that the appeal is not maintainable

in the present form as one appeal cannot be entertained against the

order passed in a number of writ petitions though a common order may

have been passed and an appeal has to be preferred against a specific

writ petition.

4. We see substance in the argument of Mr. Tiwari.

5. Accordingly, we do not entertain this appeal. However, it will be

open for the writ petitioners in the aforesaid writ petitions to file separate

appeals, if so advised.

6. All IAs stands disposed of.
