The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that despite

publication in the local newspapers they have received no offers in respect of

the subject premises situated at 42/203 New Ballygunge Road, Kolkata -

700039.

The award holder submits that the scope for advertising be increased

and they be permitted to advertise through other channels i.e.

MagicBricks.com and 99acres.com etc.

The judgment debtor is represented and does not object to such efforts

being made through any other mode or medium. It is also submitted on behalf

of the judgment debtor that they had received two offers but the same did not

fructify.

In view of the above, let this matter appear in the monthly list of July,

2025.

In the meantime, both parties are directed to take expeditious steps for

sale of the above premises.

Let GA/2/2024 appear in the list on 16 June, 2025.
