It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the
petitioner after delivery of judgment that in certain places of
the judgment respondent no. 1 was recorded instead of
respondent no. 2.
As per example at page no. 31 paragraph 31 in two places respondent no. 1 is recorded which will be respondent no. 2. Again in paragraph nos. 32, 33, 37 and 40 respondent no. 1 was recorded in place of respondent no. 2.
The word respondent no. 1 in the above-mentioned paragraphs be read as respondent no. 2. The instant order be made part of the judgment dated 18th September, 2023.
