The Court: Learned Counsel appearing for the decree holder places an

order passed by a learned Single Judge on 28th March, 2023 which records

that the judgement debtors prayed for time to file the affidavit of asset. The

judgement debtors were also directed to inform the petitioner of the location of

the hypothecated vehicle within three weeks from date.

Counsel submits that the judgement debtors have neither file the

affidavit of assets not inform the petitioner of the location of the vehicle.

Since substantial time has passed from 28th March, the petitioner shall

communicate this order as well as the order of 28th March, 2023 once again on

the judgment debtors to give the judgement debtors one final opportunity to

comply with the order dated 28th March, 2023 to the advocate of the judgement

debtor.

List this matter after two weeks as prayed for.
