The Court:- None appears on behalf of the judgment debtor nor is any

accommodation prayed for on his behalf.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that the judgment debtor was being

examined and had undertaken to pay the decretal dues in installments. However, there

has been failure on the part of the judgment debtor in honouring the undertaking.

In such circumstances, let this matter appear on 10th August, 2023 under the

heading 'Examination of Judgment Debtors'. In the meantime, the decree holder is

directed to serve a notice on the judgment debtor as well as the Advocate appearing on

his behalf.

It is made clear that in default of appearance of the judgment debtor, appropriate

orders of Warrant of Arrest would be passed on the judgment debtor on the returnable

date.

Affidavit of Service to be filed on behalf of the award holder on the returnable

date.

The Department is directed to produce the records of this proceeding on the

returnable date.
