The Court:- By an order dated 9th June, 2023 the judgment-debtor was

directed to file an Affidavit-of-Assets. There was also an order in terms of the

prayers (a) and (b) of the Tabular Statement. The judgment-debtor is represented

and seeks an adjournment of a fortnight to file the Vakalatnama.

Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be kept with the

records.

Notwithstanding the order dated 9th June, 2023, there has been no

compliance with the same. There is a deliberate and intentional attempt on

behalf of the judgment-debtor to file their Affidavit of Assets.

As a last chance, the matter stands adjourned till 10 th July, 2023.

It is made clear that in default of filing Affidavit of Assets, appropriate

order for warrant of arrest would be passed against the judgment-debtor on the

returnable date.
