        The Court:      It appears that no affidavit of assets has been filed by the

judgment debtors in spite of order passed by this Court.

        In view of the deliberate non-compliance of the order by the judgment

debtors, let a warrant of arrest be issued against the respondent/judgment-

debtor no.2.

The matter is made returnable after twelve weeks.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the aforesaid

respondent/judgment debtor no. 2 before this Court on or before the returnable

date.
