1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant in person and Shri Devam Shukla holding brief of Shri Vijay Dixit, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 03.03.2023 passed on Writ under Article 227 No. 1130 of 2023.

3. Shri Devam Shukla, while placing written instructions in pursuance of the earlier order, informs that the proceedings of the case in question are going on, on day to day basis.

4. In view of above, contempt application stands disposed of with the expectation that the proceedings of case in question be concluded expeditiously, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

District & Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh is also directed to ensure the conclusion of the proceedings in question expeditiously.
