Learned counsel for petitioner is not present since the Bar Association has extended their call for abstaining from judicial work.
I have perused the contents of writ petition as well as the prayer with the assistance of Sri Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel for State and considering that this writ petition is to expedite restoration application in case No.2038 (State Vs. Munnu) under Section 48(3) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, pending before respondent No.3.
Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioner is directed to appear himself or through his advocate and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above referred application, taking note of judgment passed by Full
Bench of this Court in Smt. Shivraji and others Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Allahabad and others, 1997 SCC OnLine All 505 : (1997) 88 RD 563 (FB), expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
