1. Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 15.3.2001 passed by H.J.S. in S.T. No.308 of 2000 (State of U.P. Vs. Nawab Singh and others).

3. As per the office report dated 3.12.2019, a report of C.J.M., Etah dated 25.11.2019 has been received stating therein that both the appellants Nawab Singh and Smt. Gyan Devi have died about 7-8 years and 3-4 years back respectively. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

4. This Court has perused the said report which states that both the appellants Nawab Singh and Smt. Gyan Devi have died about 7-8 years and 3-4 years back respectively.

5. In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

6. File consigned to records.

7. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks.
