Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners are assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 24.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No.60 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506, 120-B I.P.C. and 3/5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur.

At the very outset, Sri Ajay Sharma, learned A.G.A. has produced a judgment of coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1819 of 2023 (Jose Prakash George and 36 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) connected with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1991 of 2023 (Teppa Steve Daniel Rao Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1994 of 2023 (Teppa Steve Daniel Rao Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1998 of 2023 (Teppa Steve Daniel Rao Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) and Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 2360 of 2023 (Mukul Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) in which a Division Bench has passed a detailed order on 02.06.2023.

We have perused the impugned F.I.R. which shows that case Crime No. 60 of 2023 of the present F.I.R. is the same as challenged in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1994 of 2023. The said writ petition was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.06.2023, therefore, present writ petition does not require any indulgence of this Court and it deserves to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
