Sri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the judgment passed in Writ (A) No.21015 of 2022 (Dheeraj Babu Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others), the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the statement made by Sri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
