Sri Sumit Awasthi, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Krishna Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court dated 26.02.2018 has been complied with and the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
