Heard learned Counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.4568 of 2022 (State vs Salman and another) arising out of Case Crime No.502 of 2021, under Section 354 IPC, Police Station Kaiserganj, District Bahraich and the order dated 12.04.2022.

The Counsel for the applicants argues that the bail application filed by the applicants may be directed to be considered in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and another - Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 5191 of 2021, Dated 07.10.2021.

Considering the limited submission, the present application is disposed off with direction to decide the bail application of the applicants in accordance with law after taking into consideration the judgment passed in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
