(1) Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2) This petition has been filed praying for a direction to be issued to the Opposite party no.1-State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.P., Lucknow, to decide the Complaint Case No.42 (S/C) of 2017 [Smt. Kiran Rai and Another Vs. Goyal Heights (Apartment & Others)] expeditiously.

(3) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had filed a complaint case alleging deficiency in service by the builder of Goyal Heights (Apartment) on 16.02.2017. At one point of time, after hearing the parties the opposite party no.1 had also reserved the judgment on 26.07.2018. However, the matter was released and a fresh report was called for. Now such report has also been submitted but decision has not yet been given in the said complaint case as a result the petitioners are suffering.

(4) Since the pleadings have been completed and arguments have been heard on more than one occasion and even the report that was called for by the opposite party no.1 has been submitted, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Opposite party no.1-State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.P., Lucknow, to consider and decide the Complaint Case No.42 (S/C) of 2017 [Smt. Kiran Rai and Another Vs. Goyal Heights (Apartment & Others)] at the earliest, say within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
