Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A compliance affidavit has been filed today, which is taken on record, annexing therewith the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by District Magistrate, Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi), by which the representation of the applicant has been decided, copy of which is enclosed as Annexure-3 to the compliance affidavit.
It is stated that the judgment of this Court dated 12.07.2021 passed in Writ-A No.325 of 2021 has been complied with, which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
If the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the District Magistrate, Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi) deciding his claim, he may avail appropriate remedy available in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and it is consigned to record.
