Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan acted as the legal counsel to the promoters of Ginni Global Private Limited, one of the group companies of Jaipuria group and assisted them in selling 100% of their shares held in Ginni Global Private Limited, to Onward Solar Power Private Limited. We have assisted and advised them on legal, regulatory and direct tax aspects of the transaction including deal documentation, negotiations and closing the transaction. 

Ginni Global Private Limited has 2 (two) hydel power projects namely, (i) Taraila hydroelectric power project (5 MW) which is located in Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh and (ii) Balsio hydoelectric power project (5 MW) which is located in Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh. The transaction involved the sale of 100% shares of Ginni Global Private Limited held by the promoters of the Ginni Global Private Limited, to Onward Solar Power Private Limited.
