About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and mitigating legal risks to support business operations effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for risk management and compliance.
• Offer proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee intellectual property rights and data protection compliance.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal advisory or as in-house counsel.
• Strong expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
