About the Internship

There is opening for interns in the Advocate Sumit Singh Thakur’s Chamber who would be learning how to draft pleadings, make Court appearances & prepare case notes.

The internship experience would involve making appearances in the following forums:

• High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur (C.G.)
• Board of Revenue, Bilaspur (C.G.)
• Central Administrative Tribunal, Circuit Bench, Bilaspur (C.G.)
• District & Sessions Court, Bilaspur (C.G.)

4 weeks. April/May/June/July – on a rolling basis!

Eligibility

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates & 5th year students with confident academic credentials would be preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Empathy and ability to understand and address clients’ needs and concerns.
