About the Opportunity

Shepherd Law and Associates is inviting applications for two Legal Associates (0–2 years PQE) who are committed to rigorous litigation practice and high-quality drafting.

This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on involvement in litigation strategy and opportunities to work on commercial drafting across jurisdictions.

We are looking for candidates who take the long road of litigation seriously and are committed to professional excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Drafting skills (Complaint, Suit, Appeal, Writ Petition, SLP, Matrimonial Petition etc.)
• Court exposure before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Commissions and Tribunals
• Excellent legal research skills
• Ability to assist with contracts and commercial documentation (India & Canada exposure preferred)
• Comfort with responsibility, deadlines and detail
• Analytical thinking and litigation strategy mindset
