About the Opportunity

We are looking for young professionals who are keen to work in Insolvency domain and only those who have prior experience. We are also looking for one Legal Assessment intern (Paid) and one associate.

Are you passionate about Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters? Vishrut and Associates is inviting applications for a paid assessment internship and associate role covering a wide range of IBC-related assignments.

• Assistance to Insolvency Professionals
• CoC/SCC meetings
• Drafting
• Claim verification
• other similar work

Eligibility Criteria

• Law, CA, CS.
• Candidates from similar professional backgrounds
• Candidates with IBC prior experience.

Preferred Exposure:

• CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Liquidation
• PPIRP (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process)
• PG (Personal Guarantor) case
